FEMA official Glenn Cannon recently made revelations testifying in front of a congressional subcommittee in New Orleans confirming that the institution is looking at ways to use passenger trains to get people out of cities during an emergency situation. Although this might seem like a relatively minor development, it is actually very serious considering preparations the U.S. government has already made for martial law and the establishment of FEMA run concentration camps. The U.S. government is stepping up and expanding its plans to setup a nationalized concentration camp system under the guise of emergency management. The recent introduction of legislation to build and legitimatize at LEAST 6 more FEMA Camps in addition to the ones already in existence and manned is a prime example. FEMA has already come a long way in establishing their concentration camp system, but now they are trying to figure out a way to transport huge numbers of people to these facilities. What I currently see happening is the refurbishing of old, obsolete tracks to desolate places. Tracks that were abandoned and left overgrown with weeds because of little or no business are being rebuilt. This is quite an expense. Who's paying for this, and why?
Cannon says that this is only for the elderly and the sick, but can this really be believed? Looking back in history, the Nazis used trains to transport large groups of Jews to concentration camps where many of them were put to death. It appears as if FEMA is moving in the direction of setting up a similar transportation system that could take not just the sick or the elderly, or people facing natural disasters, but people of all sorts to these concentration camps.
The recent 800+ billion bail-out contained a provision for 600 million to be spent on "cars". Everyone knows General Services Administration takes care of government cars. I am suggesting that this may be something "hidden in plain view". We have known for decades that all FEMA Camps have a railhead nearby.
What more efficient way, for transporting massive numbers of people to concentration camps is there? Both Hitler and Stalin have demonstrated this efficiency. An over the road semi can carry a lot of people, but a train can carry 300 times as many to a railhead in, or near, a Camp. FEMA showing interest in trains should send shivers up your spine.
According to FEMA official Cannon, it appears as if New Orleans was a test model to setup train evacuations. Cannon even admits that FEMA is devising similar disaster plans based off of the New Orleans model. With Congress and FEMA creating a national plan to use trains to transport people in emergency situation, we should immediately be suspicious and concerned. The U.S. government and FEMA failed miserably to help people during Hurricane Katrina, and they showed little interest in doing so until the situation became desparate, and now we should put trust in what they say they are doing now with these planned train evacuations? In fact, considering the track record of FEMA, the true purpose of this organization appears not to be a vehicle to help people during an emergency, but instead to ensure government continuity and be the administrative and executive arm of the government during a martial law scenario.
During the Iran Contra hearings in the 1980s, the existence of a plan called Readiness Exercise 84 (Rex 84) was revealed. Rex 84 outlined a plan for concentration camps which would be placed under the operational control of FEMA should martial law need to be implemented. It is a matter of public record that a number of these concentration camps do exist. In fact there are reports indicating that there are hundreds of these FEMA run concentration camps. Video of these concentration camps indicate that they have fences with barb wire pointing inward so people that are in the camps are unable to get out. Also, remember that all of these concentration camps are accessible via rail, which will allow them to conveniently transport large amounts of people into these facilities.
The fact that we already have concentration camps in the United States, all of which are accessible by rail, makes it obvious what these people have in mind. They need to have a system in place to transport large amounts of people to these concentration camps during a martial law scenario. All the evidence indicates that they are in fact setting up a concentration camp system for this purpose and it is comparable to what the Nazis setup in Germany. Whatever you do, if a state of emergency is declared, do not go to a government run FEMA camp. If you do, you could end up like the Jews in the Nazi death camps.
This isn't about the harmless transportation system, used only during hurricanes, that the political and media establishment want you to believe. It is one more part of a puzzle coming together, for use in our time. All it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Millions of names. Names of people they consider enemies of the state for exposing their evil plans. I ask that everything you read, look around and see, question how it fits into all of this. If you see that it paints a picture, then spread what you have learned. It has been suggested by many people, many times, that the powers that be move incrementally. Well, I'm suggesting that you are seeing it HERE! And it is all being incrementally designed for you!

In Nazi Germany, those who were rounded up and killed didn't believe it could happen to them. How could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do the same thing here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening behind the scenes? Or are we just going to sit there and wonder what happened to this country, until it's too late?
